I usually go to Sohum spa at Juhu once a month atleast, so when Snip opened right next to where I live, I thought i would give it a try as it saves me from venturing into Juhu!
Not sure what to make of the place though. The building exterior is incredible. However the inside is quite a let down. The Spa is cramped for space and reception staff seem barely interested. The treatment room was tiny and shower/steam terrible. However, the treatment itself was pretty good. AC vents are located in such a way that either you freeze with the AC on or risk having it off and withstand the heat.
All in all, I would go back as the treatment itself (reason why one goes to a spa) was pretty good. But they have quite some catching up to do to compete with the Bombay spas. This set up may be a hit in Goa, but theres still considerable work to do at Turner road. Lets hope they pull their socks up and i dont have to see a new sign board at this lovely building 6 months from now,,,,
