The one thing that Sol has nailed down well, is ambiance. Even if they served cow poo in their kitchen, I would still visit this place for its lovely low key lighting alone. The splatter of candles reminded me of restaurants in Europe, lending a very soothing aura to the place.
The drinks were a bit on the steep side, but not too much. The service was attentive and unobtrusive. They don't serve main course here, so the kitchen part of the name is just for the show! However the starters and munchies were quite okay. The vegetarian platter that we ordered wasn't the best we have had so far, but then with the best of 70's and 80's music, cozy lighting and very comfortable cushion sofa seating, they can get away with murder.
