Went there today a Sunday afternoon for lunch with some college mates,,, we wanted to catch up after a while...since we didnt get place at Sanchos n wanted to eat something filling v decided to try this place!!...God the worst choice ever
Right from the moment we entered....no valet guy...even after displaying a valet board...reason he comes post 2'o" clock apparently...inside...we were the only guys...
the waiters dressed awful...cldnt speak welll nor explain dishes...my friend ordered a cocktail which they screwed up 3 times...finally she fired the hell out of them and canceled the drink...inspite of being specific they screwed up our order 3 times...the food presentations, quality and decor was really really poor....they apparently have a silly scheme going on tht if ur order is over 999 u get a beer free...my friend asked the waiter n he seemed unaware....there was sooo much wrong going on at the place today!!. N d finally icing was calling for the cheque...it took them 30 minutes to get us our cheque!! tht was d last nail in steakhouses coffin!!
To the management I suggest u guys shut shop!!...Coz with such a horrid n a uncustomer friendly approach u will never have walkins!!
To the other I seriously suggest AvOID!!
