it would be wrong to start my independent review if i do not express my gratitude to the restaurant week organizers who gave us the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful evening at this great restaurant at nominal cost..
we visited this restaurant as a part of mumbai restaurant week celebrations.the cost per person was fixed at 1000/person for a fixed menu
it was always a desire to eat at this restaurant but the cost
was quite prohibitive

Needs maxi back 2009-12-05
This is one place i used to frequent and since i knew maxi well i knew he would cook me a great meal , i really miss him and the food , visited last week and sad to say STELLA has lost its charm ,food, appearance all gone down .lats hope he comes back -

was suppossed to be d only fine dinning italian rest in mumbai .........CHEF MAXI and his team really took this restaurant to heights and now that he is no more with the leelas i guess its hard for the chefs in thre to mantain the quality of food and service as well...been here 2wice since hes left and the quality is deteriorating day by day in addition to thre being no changes on the menu......... -
