    Stone Oven is a WOW addition to Thane Food Scene.
    Have tried this out now nearly 10 times in 3 months (both places - food is same)
    and the Quality is consistently HIGH.
    Cream of Mushroom for a smooth soup, Rustic Tomato for a perky soup, Lasagne, Pink Tango Pasta, Pana Cotta for a sweet finish are all Must Tries. The Pizzas I have had were also good - but could do with a little more cheese ?
    Nitesh is an excellent Host. Service is great and hope this continues. Nice to find Waiters who can explain the dishes :)

    Best Mexican food we had at stoves oven Koram mall today....bruchet n breads were awesome...the taste lingers in mouth superb....very tempting flavours..would lv 2 visit often

    One of my colleagues at work suggested me this joint (i call it a joint than a restaurant as its a small place where there are 5 tables on the lower floor with four covers each and 3 tables in the A/C section a floor above). Was damn excited to visit this place as there are very few places in Mumbai which serve authentic thin crust pizzas also the person who owns has started this concept is a Hotel Management Graduate and I have myself done HM. The only one I know of is the coffee shop of Vivanta by Taj President - Trattoria. They serve the best thin crust pizzas in Mumbai.

    When I went there on a Thursday evening I was surprised to see no one else..So was skeptical in the beginning..Tried their Pesto based Minestrone Soup..it was refreshing..had garlic bread along with it..it was good..we ordered a pink pasta..never heard of a pink sauce before ..asked the waiter..he said it was a mixture of red sauce and white..we tried it..it is the best pasta i have tried in thane so far..the menu is creative and innovative ...plan to make frequent visits to the place!

    I had heard a lot about this place, but i could never really find it.I must have passed by it a million times but it just wud'nt catch my eye.Finally i had to walk by every joint nearby to find this place.This place is well known for its Thin crusts, and believe me u wud'nt be disappointed.The crust is super thin freshly rolled out and the falvours are true italian. I had the salami which is easily the best pizza i have had in Thane.
    The spicy Chicken Bruschectta is true to it flavours with a slight pleasing tang. The breads toasted well and does'nt get soggy when the chickens added on top    ... read more

    We tried the soup, pizza and pasta all was very tasty. Family liked it too. Just forget about the ambience and go and enjoy tasty Italian food.

    The ambience and facilities at Stone Oven are nowhere in line with its positioning suggested by the Menu as well as its location, right next to Talao Pali. One can understand it is difficult for a first gen entrepreneur to put in the investment in space, facilities and decor. But Nitish, restauranting is never about just the food, it is about an experience. The outer open section usually is chaotic and smelly (the gutter passing by). The upper section is claustrophobic. And the serving staff is too naive. It is a much better experience when Nitish himself is around.

    The place reminds me of small joints I ate during my college days.The only great difference is the food is excellent. I ate Chicken Barbeque Pizza, Daivoli Pizza, Aflredo Pasta, Mexican Chilly rice and for dessert,Fresh Mango Panacotta. All the dishes were very delicious. Full marks.

    This place is good...have only 4 -5 tables..they should inc sitting arrangement.
    Food is very nice...pastas are nice:)
