I have long been a big fan of Subway and will continue to be, but this place is a disappointment, in a lot of ways.
For one, the employees have NO knowledge of how to make a sub. For me, making a good sandwich is an art (fine, i'm obsessed. so sue me!). Whatever the reason, there is no effort put into making the subs here. Specific things I hate about this place:
1. The bread is crusty and cold (though I must note, by mistake, once, i DID get fresh and soft bread. just once though!)
2. The meat is usually shrivelled and looks ancient. Even when warmed in the microwave, it doesn't taste the way i know it should.
3. They either don't have the sauces one asks for, or the ones they DO have are just slopped on for the heck of it.
4. The sub is made so messily, it just falls apart the second I unwrap it from the paper (which is already soaked and tearing thanks to the sauces all oozing out)
5. Their cookies are STALE. Everytime, without fail. Now THAT, is a crime!
6. Not that it's their own fault, but the employees are particularly dull. Not something you would expect from the world's biggest chain of sub restaurants.
7. They once tried to make me a Teriyaki Sub WITHOUT Teriyaki sauce! Saywhat?!
I hope and pray they do something about the quality of this place, but in the immediate future, I don't see any of that happening.
