  • Chicken Turtle Burger 2010-06-07

With the bread shaped in the form of a turtle, the burger is definitely one of the attractions of Sundance. Even the steak sizzler is delicious and filling. What's more, the prices are reasonable, thereby making it a perfect place to chill and relax.

  • Four stars for old-times-sake ! 2010-02-12

Aaahhh the nostalgia! I am reviewing it the way it was in the 80s - and the cafe not the bar. Glass wall, great location - I do remember their fresh sandwiches, american chopsuey, strogonoff and coffee. That was all very good - but the owners were I remember as arrogant as they could get ... but nevertheless it was my favourite -- despite a stern rejoinder once from the elderly lady/owner not to linger over my coffee and pack-up, despite the cafe not even being half-full -- Four stars for old-times-sake !

  • Go Ninja Go! 2010-01-20

Sundance is one of those places that define "old world charm"... the two-level setup is very cute and, though the decor is not very plush it is warm and welcoming. Sundance was never a family-dining place, and never will be. It is perfect for beer and quick bites...So if you want to chill out with your friends or colleagues this is the place to be!! And if you're going to Valhalla upstairs (very expensive) then stop by at Sundance and gulp down some cheap booze lol... As for me, I went there to eat their star seller - the Ninja Turtle burger... It is the yummiest, biggest burger i've had in mumbai.... read more

  • Udipi Pizza @ Obscene Price 2010-01-12

When you find a veg pizza priced @ Rs.130 bucks minus any exotic veggies, you expect it to baked the authentic way. Unfortunately, all you get is a complete udipi style pizza topped with very little regular grated cheese. The udipi pizza at the nearby Shiv Sagar is a steal any day.
