Sykz Total Fitness

Sykz promotes fitness as a lifestyle with their runner line Shape your will, your body will follow. Sykz opened in 2002 with a flagship outlet spread over 16,000 square feet in Andheri housing a gym, spinning studio, salon and spa, a 7 days a week VIP gym and relaxing lounge, a health bar and a terrace caf. Across centers all trainers speak the same workout regimen language. There are three gyms in Mumbai and one in Delhi. Sykz has always seen a steady stream of celebrity members and is the official fitness partner of the Kingfisher Calendar series.

    Sykz is one of the best gym ive ever been to. Spinning out here (especially), is amazing...the studio...music and the expertise training given by abhijeet. Totally gets u in the mood of working out. :)
