  • VERY BAD EXPERIENCE yesterday

    I have been member of blue roof club from last 1 year.
    I regularly use gym facility There are too many problems with gym.That many of the time gym trainer is not available in the morning,worst thing is that even room freshener is not available there. Staff is very unprofessional.
    My experience was very very bad.
    I regret taking membership. It is a waste of money. The only good thing is the swimming pool .

    Shabby service & poor food. Had to remind the waiter to get the caps of the water bottle that were served on the table. Also, keep an eye & vigil on the inflated billing in the end . Must reconcile the entire bill before making the payment.

    The club facilities are very good but the food in the restaurant is unbearable..i found hair in the soup.The service is too bad and slow. I got my order after one hour
