Nice settings and prompt service.
Been here for a weekday lunch few days back. Even though the prices are on steeper side, the quantity is very much worth it. Service is smooth and attentive. But food quality and presentation are the main focus here, to come time and again.
Will surely visit once more.

Awesome food 2012-04-19
We have been regular at Bowl house and every time the food has been excellent..Lemon grass prawns, basil rice & Thai chicken curry awesome food, this time for desserts we tried chocolate spring rolls which was fabulous. We enjoyed the food -

Not Worth It... 2012-02-21
This was our second visit, The Chicken Manchow Soup and the buy 1 get 1 wine free was a nice. We ordered (the very basic) Stir Fry Szechwan Vegetables, Veg Szechwan noodles and Chicken chilli gravy in Garlic sauce which was in terms of:-
Quantity - Very poor (except for the noodles, which was ok for two people)
Taste- Below Average, Too Oily so we could taste the oil more than the flavour. It looked artificially red.
As far as the restaurant is concerned-
Service:- Hurried
Cleanliness:- Good
Ambience:- good decor but uncomfortable as they had switched off their air... read more -

Awesome and very Worth it! 2012-02-12
Place was pleasant with great service and authentic food. the satay was juicy and flavourful. tried the banana leaf fish, lemongrass prawns and veg malaysian curry. excellent sunday dining. highly recommended for pan asian food. Will return for sure! -

chicken satay is very dry and the prawn hunan was kind of sweet.

Bowl house 2012-01-29
visit to bowl house was an average experience with no great moments.
the oriental cuisine is quite average and some of the dishes / preperation
quiet greasy .The dark walls with its large floral motifs give an oppressive feel
to the place . the pan fried noodles were bland and soupy but the eggplant was yummy . overall the ambience was noisy and service lacking in various places . -

We happen to dine at The Bowl House for our Wedding Anniversary. The food is very good. Their Veg Japanese Dumplings were average. However, we enjoyed the Lung Fung Soup and Vegetarian Indonesian rice along with Veg Tofu Garlic. The ambience is fine, it doesnt overwhelm you. Also quantity of food is enough for two people so that they can satiate their appetite and also not feel the stomach burdened with all the food. A meal for two could cost approx around Rs 1000.

Excellent momos and som tam 2012-01-08
The only complaint I have about this place is that the lighting is too fucking bright which makes it impossible to have a nice and serious drinking session. Otherwise it's ace in every way- deserves the 5/5 rating! Good food and booze, 50% off on all whiskeys and cocktails all day! Buy two mugs or pitchers of draft and get one free.
The wait staff is mostly Nepali and the chef is Marathi, but they do make a mean som tam (request that it be made spicy beforehand) and the momos are great as well. No beef or pork though sadly, just chicken.

I am a big fan of this place. I have visited this place many times at many outlets.. They offer wonderful food and quick service. Staff is courteous and helpful.
If you veg, then do try burnt garlic fried rice. Its an amazing bet. Value for money and leave your taste buds fully satisfied. -
