    WENT TO NIRMAL MALL Y'DAY DAY AND FOUND THE KIOSK SHUT
    THIS IS THE THIRD OUTLET (AFTER SANTACRUZ & AIRPORT OUTLETS) BEING SHUT WITHIN A SPAN OF 1 YEAR OF ITS OPENING.

    DOESN'T THAT SAY SOMETHING ABOUT THE PLACE & ITS MANAGEMENT??

    I AM NOT SURPRISED ....A PLACE WHERE THERE IS NO CONSISTENCY , NO VALUE FOR MONEY AND MOST MOST IMPORTANTLY NO HYGIENE AND HOSPITALITY WILL NOT LAST LONG.

    ALSO, THE MANAGEMENT HAS A HABIT TO REMOVE BAD HONEST REVIEWS..ANYWAY THEY MUST UNDERSTAND THAT THE PUBLIC AIN'T STUPID!!!

    The best part about this place is gift ur friends a champagne bottle made out of choclate on thier birthday , other innovative desings made out of chocolate also on sale.

    If you're the one having not a sweet tooth but a sweet jaw, especially for chocolate, you'd probably want to pack your bags and start living at this place! Chocolate pizzas, chocolate frappes, pastries, ice creams, brownies, if that's the deal you're looking for, you'll love this place. Personally, I swear by the Chocolate Avalanche and the chocolate frappes at this place. Though not a big fan of the Hot Chocolate served here, the place is a temple for chocolate lovers!

    I'm not a negative person and not the kind of writing reviews... but after this bad evening i felt i had to!
    we have been there for the birthday of my girlfriend yesterday, the drinks were quite ok, the food really tastless! nothing italian, just like [--] served on plates! i took a combination wich couldn't eat (it was so bad) my girlfriend had paninos, she finished it, result: SICK the whole day!!! If you really don’t want to fall sick, then at less, avoid this one!

    as the name suggests they have a lot of variety of chocolate so anyone whose a chocolate lover has got to try it out.
    i personally didnt like some things like the chocolate shot or some pastries.
    but one thing which was so good that we ended up buying it 3 times in one sitting was their chocolate walnut cake. it is so good.
    prices are not so bad. nice place to go and chill with some friends,

    Went here one evening with bunch of friends, and we ordered almost all kind of shake on the menu among us... They turned out to be quite good, The dark chocolate shake and the dutch truffle cake shake are my favourite from the lot. Oh and the choco lava lava is incredible.

    The ambiance is nice, except the outside section being a little too noisy for being next to the traffic.

    The service is good, and the servers quite friendly.

    You would not want to go to this place for a proper dinner. You would not want to go to this place if you are not nearby. This is a kind of place to visit if you are passing by through the area. It is conveniently located on andheri west link road near fame adlabs. Beware parking is a big hassle. The coffee is good. The chocolate shots are good. Moderately priced. But we tried Italian food and were very disappointed. Please do not order Italian food here there are various better options available at a stones throw. Otherwise to generally chill out its a average place.
