    Went there on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn't too crowded and got a table easily.

    Located bang opposite JW Marriott - this place gets full marks for an excellent location. No wonder there were many tourists who were enjoying the Thali here.


    The place is good - neat and tidy. Table are arranged well and the ambience is classy too.

    The service is good but could be better. When you are served a Thali - the refills need to be very polite and humble. You don't expect someone to come and point is index finger to ask what you need. It wasn't that bad here - but the    ... read more

    So on 20-12-2009, I went with my sister and mother to meet anil kapoor...err...actually my sister went to meet Mr. Anil Kapoor for some inviting-for-st xaviers college-reunion-party work and both of us (me and my mom!) tagged along for a little bit of celebrity darshan :D bad luck, anilji is out of town,so his secretary informs us while tucking the invitation under his wings...

    so there we are, 2:30 pm, standing right outside J W Marriott in Juhu, hungry and not daring to get inside Marriott to get rid of hunger (recession u see :D)

    Just went to this place on 2nd October. Was a visit after many years. My earlier visit experience prevented me from going there for quite sometime. But I gathered courage after reading later reviews and was not disappointed. Food was good. Service was quite prompt and courteous. It's primarily Gujarati thali - farsan-rotli-kathol-batata shak-2/3 sweets and the works. An interesting dish was the coriander soup. I had never tasted that earlier and it was a pleasant surprise.
