Lacking in Basic Customer Service Etiquette 2012-03-18
Our first experience at the Food Studio was excellent! Amazing service and amazing food, recommendations made by our server was great!
Since we had such a lovely time previously we decided to go back for valentines day. We went late expecting crowd and right enough so. However, the mayhem could have been avoided if there was a lot more organisation.
We reached at around 10 p.m only to earn that there was a 30-45 min waiting period, which we didn't mind since our last time was such a good experience.

Gosh i experienced the food was gud in the past .And made the mistake to book the place for a group and thats where it all fell apart. big promises while booking the place. inexperienced staff with no sense of service, so we have the welcome drink after we started dinner, n. veg a good 30 min after the veg was served. turning us all veg. roti with rice to follow , which took ages. dessert half of us couldnt last for. A preset group menu which should have been done in a hr most 30min more it took 2 1/2 hrs wat a waste of time. vist at your own risk, unless you want to spend long hrs. Food place... read more -

Visited this place last month...the starter of panner suggested by them was too good ,even garlic bread was very nice and also ordered the pizza which was ok...ambeience was cool with wide screen to c the match...price was also decent... -

Only because I had a good time 2012-02-29
I m rating 4/5 only because i had a good time.
Plus points:
1. Good Ambiance
2. Reasonably priced alcohol
3. Good Lasagna..
Minus points:
1. saw mosquitoes there, scary cos there were many..
2. More than 3 waiters roam around and some even stare..
3. And nobody was able to tell that which brand of Absinthe i was having, the answer was, as i quote 'its from Spain'..!! Hello? thats not the answer to my question...!!
But still overall i managed to ignore all the bad points and just enjoyed my evening, I may come back again for pastas!! :) -
