Detoxification is a mandatory process in the city of Mumbai which will help us keep healthy. To detoxify, I visit The Four Fountains Spa where they use Spirulina for one of their therapies. This helps to cleanse the body ridding me from the toxins in my body. They also use the essential oils of lemon, orange and lavender which add to the fragrance and make the therapy even more splendid and an experience to remember. -

Having kids is not easy. The noise and mess can really get to you. One day when the noise and mess was too much I called my sister over to take care of them while i go out. I searched for the best Spa in Mumbai and I chose Four Fountains Spa. After my session I was so relieved that now I have an appointment every week. -

I stepped into this place out of curiosity as it was set up by a group of b school(mostly IIM) buddies. It is evident that the guys have really slogged to pack in as much value while trying to keep the project viable. I felt the set up was more like an upscale hospital with focus on cleanliness and hygiene than that of a conventional spa. The lobby resembles that of a star hotel...a tad too cold and formal with suited front office staff. The masseur has a uniform which makes him look like housekeeping staff.
