Just a short review for the management. (Since i know they reply and read).
1. Good stuff, good quality breads.
2. Great sandwiches, very tasty..can improve read how..
3. Hmm Pastries and Cakes .. needs vast improvement.. (read other reviews..I agree)

I actually like the bread you have there, right from the simple DAY BREAKER, which is what I like to eat from the others which I have tried on the offer. (50% off)
2. Sandwiches are great. The major issue is of pricing, and the way you choose things.
a) A simple sandwich could cost like 45 or 55 or 65.
b) But here you have only 3 toppings to choose from which is bad.
c) The cheese you are offering is only imported, which is an acquired taste. I really did not like any, I tasted all. I prefer a simply cheese slice or grated cheese. The price for cheese should be 10rs extra not 55rs (idiots..I am not buying cheese for home, its just a sandwich).
d) It gets more riduculus here.. you even pay 25Rs for 2 or 3 slices of bread or 1 single pannini..I could simply buy a whole bread and ask him to use my slice from there. (bigger idiots).
So if I were to have a nice simple egg mayo sandwich with cheese. (25 + 55 + 55 + extra toppings) = 135 + extra topping + TAX === BIGGEST FOOL
Final Word: Your sandwiches are good price them straight like - 55 egg mayo (10rs extra for cheese).. choose any or all toppings. You cant have a truck load of toppings in a simple sandwich bread...so don't be scared.
3. Pastries with flies are better, I agree...There is a huge competition here. Price and Quality. There are cheaper places to buy for people who like to spend less money. and there are places where we know you get BEST quality, where people don't even bother about price.(including my mom). TRUST ME Lokhandwala is SPOILT.. We have the best quality of everything here at the best price.
4. Offers: Good that many people did not SUE you for this. 50% off was never really a 50% off. I have seen the bill atleast 20 times. There was some error on billing. We never said anything cause we were benefiting anyways.
Please continue this 50% off on breads too. Trust me your breads are more of you USP (Selling point) than you perishables. There are tons of places to eat and order. The best breads comes to our house for FREE (Britania, Wibs, Mordern, Anjali, etc ..these are highest selling breads in lokhandwala).
To the management: Please take all these into consederations. Trust me, don't convince me on any points cause I speak for the whole AREA (Lokhandwala)..I have lived here for past 18 years. Just do it. The better, you can achieve, the more your chances to survive here.

I really appreciate your feedback & would act on the same without wasting too much time, please do come back in a while & discover the changes for yourself. For the Breads with the amount of imported ingredients being used to upkeep the quality it is not viable for us to continue the discount while we would still hold it out for the other counter products.
