Shame!!! 2012-05-09
Shameless people...I took one of my foreign collegaues there for lunch (Chennai). They kept us waiting for more than 1 hour while they served food to their hotel executives. Two managers for each Exec (buttering what we call in India). It was so embarrasing to potrait such an image in front of other nationals.
My office does a lot of business for nearly all events. I will make sure that does not happen again.
"Two Stars" overall ( I would even put one if I could), can understand why. No one from Radisson gives a "Damn" what you think. They are busy feeding their Bosses. -

Tried this place on recommendation from a friend, Expected the barbecue nation format, with kabab's cooked on your table
5 each from non-veg and veg kababs to choose from they serve on the table. what i did not like is you have to wait for them to bring them to you, that to one at a time. there were hardly any customers around still we had to wait for each kabab to come.
some of the kabab's were good, the mutton kabab was not cooked though
not much variety for veg eaters

Went to the rest . on a sat….Wanted a change of food…..and boy was just delighted with the service….for 3200 bucks having unlimited kebabs was a blast…..met many of my friends who had strayed there by mistake…….realized that sum mistakes are too sweet to be made only once and have been haunting it since then…..thumbs up indeed…..!!!!! -

The Great Kabab Factory has a great location but somehow manages to disappoint.
Ambiance is pretty decent, I quite liked the seating arrangement.
Although, the service is terrible. You will hardly find any guests at this place usually and yet they do not bother to serve you well.
Food is average or rather inconsistent is what I would term it as and I believe that is the reason why they aren't doing so well. They need to learn something from their Bangalore counterpart which is doing very well!
I would say you can give this place a miss if you find better options.
