Midnight buffet not good at all 2011-06-21
We used to frequent Orchid and the quality of food and service only seems to be going down and down and down. Yesterday's midnight buffet was the tipping point! The food was cold, the bread looked like they were left overs. The desserts were average and the options were very limited. There was no ice cream (yes, the first buffet I saw without ice cream!).. the service was very poor, the air conditioning was also bad which made us wonder how they're getting away being called a five star hotel! -

Poor Membership program 2011-02-19
Dear Sir,
I am a member of your Orchid Gold Club, we are a total of 3 members and are totally disappointed with the membership. It has been a total waste of our money by becoming a member of Orchid Gold. The hotel is good but the membership program & the program managers are hopeless. Following are my point of dissatisfactions & complaint.

Good coffee shop 2010-11-29
Orchid has a very good coffee shop located at the first floor. Went there to meet some one and end up ordering 1 cappuccino and 1 ice tea.
They have separate menu for Jain from which i ordered Humas with Pita bread. Humas was fresh and so the pita bread. Total damage was just Rs. 900/-
Overall a good place to meet someone for a coffee. -
