    It was my sister's birthday when we decided to try The Solitaire since it is quite nearby from our place. One of us had been here for business lunches/dinners so we all thought we should see for ourselves too.

    The ambiance is admirable with a large curvy staircase alongside the corner and small and big water filled show pieces with flowers floating kept at regular intervals. The restaurant has a view of the pool. The seating area is decent enough with small and large tables alike.

    Visited in the eve for dinner.

    We were group of many ppl, so told the manager to join the tables to accommodate all together everybody in one go. The dumb manager was very reluctant to do so since he was given some work to do from us. He was giving non senseical excuses dat buffet is their it is not possible, their was height when he said dat the hotel ambiance is such that they cannot accommodate many ppl in one stretch.     My worst experience of a buffet dinner, the ad says great food, great ambiance, great price

    The ambiance being good, the price was certainly not worth it, almost no starters spread, even tough we reached at 8pm the main course was tasteless almost over and not refilled. I had to actually search for waiters to inform or ask for something

    and who gives lapsi and boodi for dessert ?

    SORRY solitare......... i'm not coming back
