This is a restaurant that needs a lot of help.
The first thing that put me off was being told that a table would take a 40 minute wait when the restaurant was half empty and secondly because your name in 8th on the list (the other seven people on the list have gone to some other place). I decided to wait and got a table within 10 minutes. I should have been smart enough to go to some other place.
Once inside the waiters are clueless about the menu or the offers that are available at the restaurant. We went in for the Q menu which had unlimited options of veg and non veg. We opt for the non veg and are served 4 types of cold chicken kebabs which we eat quickly as we were very hungry. We then wait for some more starters but none materialize. We then move on to main course where we are met by the manager who asks us if everything is ok and then informs us that there are mutton and fish starters also available !!! Hello ??? Why could we not be served all three types of starters in the beginning.
The water glasses are never filled, the waiters are least interested in serving you.
All in all a real let down. Cant understand why Sanjeev Kapoor has lent his name to such a restaurant as I could not find anything that he had influenced. The restaurant has mediorce food and mediorche service. All in all a waste of my hard earned money and a real bummer of a dining experience.
All that I can say is go there are your own risk.
