Pathetic Restaurant 2012-04-23
It was my family's worst experience ever in any restaurant.
The service was terrible, nobody knows what will be served.
Inspite of giving clear order first wrong drink was served, that the food we ordered simple pizza, french fries, pannies and pasta.
After one hour waiter comes back and confirm out of four things only pasta will be served everything else is not available.
Than suddenly other waiter comes with cold pizza without taste and say now this is available.
Inspite of repeated call to Manager/owner nobody was bothered and caring.

This restaurant has good food, appalling service, alternately inattentive and rude waitstaff, and an indifferent manager. The only positive (good food) does not quite make up for the poor dining out experience.
On a recent evening, our server forgot parts of our order, and condescendingly informed us of this fact only an hour later. The manager, when informed of this fact, nodded his head a couple of times, but otherwise took no steps which can remotely be decribed as customer service. It is clear that this is a very poorly run and managed restaurant.

its a nice comfy restaurant with decent food and a neat ambiance.
we went in a group of 6 and were able to find a seat immediately.
the ambiance is nice and simple nothing too fancy or garish.
food especially the starters were good ( would suggest the crispy veg) the main course was at best average to say the least.
the service though was a disappointment. it took ages for our orders to be served even though the place wasn't particularly crowded. in fact by the end we were wondering if we ordered anymore we would be served the next day :-)
