    I stopped over at the Trident with my husband after dropping someone off at the airport, we were looking for a quick byte. The coffee shop has just wrapped up its buffet. we waited a long time for our menu. The menu was then only handed to the gentleman and I was left twiddling my thumbs.

    The coffee shop selection was very limited. My husband ordered a coffee but there was nothing on the menu that complimented it. The coffee was isipid and served luke warm

    I ordered a pasta which turned out to be bland and dry.

    I ordered a special dessert for my boss' birthday. I discussed it with the Deli manager, and she insisted that she understood. When it got picked up, it was exactly NOT what I ordered. Although tasty, it was wrong and V-E-R-Y expensive, especially since not as ordered. I would think twice before patronizing this Deli. I won't do it again, the manager called once, told me I was mistaken and didn't call back. Really poor service for a high end restaurant.
