BEST BUFFET DINNER

hi people.i went to this restaurant for the first time on thursday evening and it has bowled me over.the first image that u get when u hear the name Shiv Krishna is like some south indian restaurant, udipi style.but this place is very different and classy.
i went there with my family.we were a group of 8.the person who recieved us at the entrance welcomed us with a big smile.that was impressive.we then sat in their luxurious section upstairs, fully loaded with great paintings, lcd tvs and comfortable sofas.
The server on our table suggested us to try the buffeet dinner.we went ahead to have a look at their spread and it looked fantastic and smelt delicious.we went for it.the soup was good.the starter was excellent(corn on toast),the curries were amazing, infact i overate their biryani.it was too good.in the end they served us with rasgulla and icecreams too.
the service staff is very helpful and corteous.they happily served us the buffet spread on the table.the place was fully packed, even then there was no haste.i was particularly impressed with that.
just at 140 bucks its a steal.i ll make sure i visit this place atleast once a week.keep it up guys.your buffet rocks.

best vegetarian indian restaurant..

hello everyone..my name is harsh shah, a resident of kemps corner, mumbai. Being in the diamond trade, my office is in Pancharatna Bldg at Opera House, hence my lunch comes from this excellent veg. indian restaurant in the heart of Opera House..its called Shiv Krisha.

I have been frequenting this place since the last four years, and the most striking and best part of this eatery is that with each day, the quality of their food n service gets better.

Their south indian snacks are the best i have eaten in bombay, especially the medu wada with sambhar, and the mysore masala and paper dosas.

They serve gujarati and punjabi thalis during lunch hours which is total value for money at rs.60(in non ac)and rs.80(in ac).

Their ambience is totally indian..u feel like you are in a temple. They have lcd screens so u can watch the matches and news. They have separate ac and non ac sections. The paintings on the wall are marvelous. Their main attraction though is their punjabi cuisine. Believe me, and try them..they are fantastic..from the soups to the hara bharas, to the paneer tikkas, to the chole..to the koftas..to the naans..biryanis..etc etc is just too good.their new menu has dishes like bunty aur babli and jhoom barabar jhoom..which are absolutely delicious.

Their limited chinese menu also is very well made and served.
the service is 5star..they serve u with a smile and make u go back for more each and every time..if they go wrong anywhere(which seldom happens)they r quick to accept and rectify(with a smile)i have even had 5-6 partys in their ac hall..and each and every guest of mine was highly impressed.

Their owners (Mishras) take care of every smallest of things. They make u feel at home. I have been noticing them for the last so many years..they care and they make u feel at home. Try out this eatery and i believe u all wud feel the same. Avoid going on weekends..its impossible to get in..theres a huge crowd.

Three cheers for SHIV KRISHNA RESTAURANT..hip hip hurray..
