Good gujju serving place, to visit on a sunday afternoon.
Try to reach by 12 or it gets too crowded. You have the same line of suspects with aam ras during season, undhiyu etc.
Eat till you resemble a turkey, waddle out, go home for a seista.

Was out for lunch on a lazy sunday afternoon. Had gr8 expectations from the place. But honestly, it wasn't upto the mark
Kalash has a good choice in Thalis on weekdays, but on Sunday, they force u for a Royal Thali worth Rs. 200/-
The food is too oily and even the taste is not good. Its too heavy and fills your stomach even b4 u begin!!
Further, the people who serve, keep coming every 10 seconds, not giving u enough time to decide what to eat and what not to eat. Too much of customer service can sometimes kill the experience.
But one thing I must say is that sweets tasted good. That was the only saving grace....Had a couple of portions of AamRas :)
Consider this when u r hungry, not necessarily when u want to have good food.

First word of advice, skip breakfast if you're heading there for lunch. Second, go there an hour early especially on a sunday.
Its an all you can eat thaali, the classic unlimited thaali on sunday and on weekdays you have an option of a limited diet thaali.
Don't let the diet word fool you. It's just that the portion is limited, the food is true gujju meal. And so much of it that even on a hungry stomach you might not be able to finish the diet thaali.
Food is really good, lots of variety.
Home delivery is a bit expensive but considering the fact that in one order of a thaali, 3 people can eat; its not a bad idea to sit at home and eat. Well packed and good portions even on a home delivery.
Do chk it out when you have a huge appetite.
