Visited it a couple of months ago, Nov or thereabouts. A good calm place with decent music & good service. Food nothing to write home about. A lot of items on the menu had either been discontinued (surprising for a cafe that has recently opened) or was not available. Imagine not having buns for burger on a saturday!! at 9 pm. My fav challenge of margarita let me down - first I was asked whether I want it with liqour?? then after repeatedly reminding him for a frozen one was served cold one!!
With the other reviews would give it a second chance!

Visited VANILLA on a lazy friday afternoon with a bunch of friends. It took us some time to find this place, tucked in a small by-lane near Fame Adlabs but all the search was worth it...my first impression was "Wow !" and the interiors also impressed me with its off colour decor...hmm soothing !
We started our main course with cottage cheese grill which was good but the quantity terribly less.It was followed by 2 quantities of thin crusted pizzas. But my vote for the best dish would go to Penne Arrabiata and Veg Lasagne...both leaving us wanting for more.
The quantity of these 5 dishes was good enough for 7 of us but we insisted on trying their chocolate canneloni on the manager's recommandation and wasn't I impressed !! It was nothing but chocolate mousse wrapped in chocolate sheets but there was something in it that left an ever-lasting impression. We also tried their Blueberry Cheesescake...just one word for it...yumm !!
P.S Cost came out to be Rs 1200/- for 7 people...not bad at all !
The staff is quite friendly and the place is very cozy best
suited for dinner. You also get a wide range of beverages at
moderate rates.Better than Brio.Certainly a place to dig...

There aren't too many places on and around Link Road, Andheri for a light dinner and drinks besides Myst, Little Italy and Red Box. Bored of going to Myst every weekend, my bf and I decided to try something new last night. We discovered this new place hidden on a deserted alley near fame adlabs. The first impression; stylish and contemporary. The décor in tones of brown, off white and green make the ambience very soothing. There is an option of inside and outside seating; we decided to sit outside.
They have soups, salads, starters and for main course you can opt from grills, pastas, pizzas and platters. We started out with Zuppa de Tortilla and assorted chips with a sweet mango and sour creamy dips. They were both excellent. For main course we ordered grilled Italian potatoes and veggies with garlicky mashed potatoes. Mmmm… The flavor of the herbs still lingers in my mouth. :) By the time we finished that we had decided there was no way we were leaving without dessert. After strong competition between a hot chocolate soufflé, tiramisu, apple pie, and home made fig ice-cream we decided to take our waiters advice and ordered a hot chocolate soufflé. Though they called it a soufflé, it resembled a lava cake.. and what a deliciously gooey one that too. We ended our meal with shots of espresso.
The staff is most polite and very very efficient. The service was impeccable with our courses brought in within seconds of finishing the previous ones. The portions are large enough for a medium sized meal for two. Only a few tables were occupied but the crowd seemed rather shi-shi or at least “wanna be shi-shi”.
An excellent and complete vegetarian meal for two with beer is unbelievably cheap at Rs. 800. This was by far my best dining experience!
