Gadhe ko bhi baap
There is a saying" museebat mein gadhe ko bhi baap banana padta hain".It was that fateful day when we(hubby and me) were returning from Nariman Point after a movie.We werent particularly hungry but as we walked towards the station i was struck by a calamity..I would not embarassy myself and you with the details...but i was in a desperate need of a toilet...
The only one to be found was this place..I could have killed them that day if they did not have a toilet and followed it with a stinker on burrp..Well anyway..i find the fateful toilet only to realise that i have to dutifully oblige to their food...
The ambience was something between a club and restaurant with an in house performer...The menu was international..however i was too full to order anything and so we ended up with starters and soup...being in a calm state of mind especially after a storm...i was disturbed to see the exhorbitant prices..the soup could easily have been around 200Rs...The food arrived prompltly and tasted well.The menu was quite creative and had dishes which cannot be commonly found on a menu..
The overall bill was above Rs 1000 for soup and 2 starters...for 2 people....
So that day starters was my baap even it was in no means an outstanding experience because i was in unavoidable museebat

My Star Rating Says it all !
One place that does not give me pleasant memories is Starters & More. the food , if i may say is below average and someone needs to teach them th following :
1. how to write a menu because what they write is not what they serve!
2. My friend i do not have all night to eat one portion of pasta , so step on it, esp when you have only 2 tables occupied in the restaurant.
3. It would be nice if the waiters know whats on the menu and if not atleast make sure someone else does.
The place gives you a cold vibe when you enter..and the food is so not worth the price.
Though every place is worth a try atleast once , you never know if you get lucky.

Starters & More is Great !
Well, i really liked starters and more. Its very well located and the food is upto expectations. Also, the live music is very entertaining.
Try the pasta !

Aaagh
well its a place that promises so much and offers so little. its a nicely set up joint and they have good live music and the expat crowd towards the band.
lot of the after work corporate crowd. its dimly lit and quite comfortable.
The food itself is terrible. i ordered the french onion soup which was fantastic and really set my hopes up high. Then we asked for the mediterranean platter which wasnt available
Moving on to get this indian platter which was some paneer, corn cheese balls, tikki thing, some sev puri as well. very very average, none of the things stood out in any way.
The service was slow and the staff forgetful.
I have been there before too and it was quite a similar experience.
