Hated the whole experience altogether...first, the service was very rushed ( as if they were dying to get rid of us ),then they didn't have both the options I was going for, and when finally I settled for the italian chicken crepe, I had one of the worst meals that I've had in Mumbai...felt really bad while, and after eating it. My friend's food was also not something to praise about. Will not return.

With a certain clinginess towards such cozy li'l joints, i completely am game for any visit to this place at any time of the day; it ain't one of your regular small joints who serve dishes after dishes to an ever growing queue of customers.
Quaintly located off carter road, this eatery has a super-laid back service which I would not call 'amateurish' - its just made to give that kind of service! Sized to seat just about 4-5 groups of 4 on the outside and two on the inside, it marks its coziness.
The menu includes a list of fresh juices (Rs. 90/- each). They have an assortment of filled crepes, both in veg and non-veg. They also have a special chalked out menu displayed on the front entrance which is an absolute 'not-to-miss'. Have tried their carbo-crepe (crepe filled with potato and a tangy sauce; Rs. 140/-) and pan-fried fish with zingy mustard sauce (Rs. 250/- and is accompanied on a bed of rice and a lemony tangy zingy soupy gravy on the side) which was absolutely marvelous. The quality of fish was unquestionable! The crepes are served along with a small portion of salad and a thousand island dressing. Also did try their paneer steak (which was infused with butter); so soft that its impossible to pick it up on your fork, and does not require the services of any of ur teeth or jaws; it simply melts!!
Deserts also include an array of crepes with bananas and chocolate as also waffles with similar toppings. We had the apple and cinnamon crepe to end our meal on an absolute high.
One of the things on the menu which I have not yet had are their English breakfasts....i really need to get my tummy full on those one of these times.
Expect to spend at least a couple of hours here at this laid-back eatery to enjoy a surreptitious meal.

Poor service and bad food =me running away! the service isn't bad, it borders on non-existentialism...service tax? you're having a laugh! at the price, it puts daylight robbery in a different light!

Went here last night for dinner. Like many other nice eat-outs in bandra this place does not serve alcohol :-(
This is was my second visit - as usual the food was outstanding but I totally agree with Gaurav on the service being a little amateurish. But I would give them a 3/5 for the service. Most of the service was efficient and the staff was pretty friendly but they were goofing up on the simplest of things. We ordered for some Ice teas and the guy roamed around the entire restaurant asking everybody if they had ordered it. I noticed similar confusions later on- seems like they don't have certain simple processes in place- like table numbering. They also took ages to get our bill- guess they didn't expect us to polish off the food so quick. :-)
We were three of us and this is what we ordered :
Starters:
2 Baked potatoes with Pan-Fried chicken (would go really well with some red wine)
1 portion of Chicken Wings (this was in some red sauce- very average.. i am not a big fan of chicken wings in any case...)
Main Course:
1 Grilled Fish in Lemon coriander Sauce - Highly Recommend it
2 Grilled Chicken Breasts in Pepper Sauce
(these were served with some boiled veggies and a small portion of rice)
3 Ice teas
2 Diet Cokes
Damage :Rs 1270/- Expensive but well worth it for the quality of the food.
We didn't have any place for desserts this time. But the last time I had the waffle with honey and it was simply out of this world. I would definitely like to try this place for breakfast sometime- they seem to some yummy stuff on their extensive breakfast menu.

Experience - Especially hungry in the morning and was looking for a nice lill breakfast and couldnt think of any other place i would be except for the Indigo Deli which seemed too far a drive.
Drink : Coffee Black, Capuccino, Watermelon Juice (complementary)
Food : i stuck to my usual English Breakfast, sans the bacon, was very good. i enjoyed it very much, just like last time.
The machine pressed coffee was excellent as well. perfect for a dreary Sunday morning.
My companions got the pan cakes, which i was dying for, im glad i didnt try them on because they were friggin horrible. Rubbery, hard, un pancake like, being used to eating pancakes in N.America, i am a bit finicky about em.
Still being hungry i also went for the Caprese Crepe which was tomato, mozzarella and some mushroom. Superlative, again, very well made and very tasty. The watermelon juice, i hate and since they didnt have any ice it made things doubly worse.
Damage : 750 ($17)
Rating : Food 8.5/10, Service 8.5/10
