Being part of the Blues Foods Group, this place has certain quality and service standards that puts one at ease - especially about hygiene. The best thing about this place is the customizable "Toss It Up" noodles option they have - choose the type of noodle (Soba, Udon, etc.) and whatever toppings you like, veg or non-veg. Choices range from tofu to paneer, broccoli to mushrooms, prawns to chicken sausage, etc. Pick the sauce you want from a variety of about a dozen, all with varying degrees of spiciness. Good VFM here, given that you feel like you're consuming something healthy for a change. They serve beer here too, so not a bad option for an after-office bowl of spicy noodles and a brewskie.
Total damage for 2 was about 500 bucks.
