This place has a lot of things right - huge interiors (esp the open air section, even if the water spray can get irritating), the one-man-show singer (who's pretty good and entertains requests) and the food - served in decent portions and is pretty good.
The interior (non-smoking) section is dimly light and has a nice feel to it - the flickering light from the floating candles adding to the atmosphere - good for taking a date out to :)
The food is mainly italian and sizzlers - with some other mexican/thai stuff thrown in. And, they do a pretty fondue too. I havent had too many cocktails there to say if the bar is upto scratch though ...
But the best part undoubtedly is the desserts. They have a small cafe like area before the start of the restaurant - and given that I havent seen empty seats there, appears to be quite popular. But the desserts are the star attraction - they are just damned good - try out their baked cheese cake with vanilla ice cream - heavenly !!

great place to celebrate an occasion, absolutely love the ambience. reservation is a must. do ask for the outdoor seating esp. if not with elders.
went here for christmas dinner and had the chicken pepperita sizzler, the chicken portions were big and very filling and the meat was cooked just right and tender. was disappointed with the veggies on the side as they were pretty cold and not sizzling like one would expect (they should make a trip to kobe's or yoko's !!)
the desserts were superb though pricey. the sizzling brownie is heavenly but would recommend the chocolate fondue if sharing and want to keep it light.
will keep going back for the ambience.

Love this place ... the ambience, the informality of the whole place. The open dining area is lovely and the best part is that I can take my 8 month old infant without any problem.
The Pina Colada is the best as per my wife, I haven't tried any cocktails as I stick to whisky / breezers. The appetizers are excellent, especially the salads. You can leave aside the sea food platter which is expensive and has small serving.
The food is one of the best I have had in Mumbai ... with the Risotto and Penne even better than Stax. The Ham & Chicken Risotto leaves you imagining how it can be so tasty, yet so simple. The Four Meat Penne is our all time favorite ... just too good. The Sizzlers are excellent - best part you can tell them to make it a little spicier and they do it just perfect.
Deserts are average - including the Tiramisu. The pastries fare better. Good warm service and excellent food makes for repeat visits...
