jungle mein mungle sandwiches
I was introduced to him by my wife one saturday, when we crossed over from the station to convince a rik to take us to IC colony.
After a couple of NO, looking at my mood going south, she quickly said, let's grab a sanwich.
We did so & I have never regretted it. He had a wide array of sandwiches on offer, starting with vegetable, veg toast, aloo masala, grill, junglee (all veg grated & put inside a toast & slathered with cheese) Jain specials et all. If you wanted, he would get a samosa from the next door shop & make a samosa sandwich (a chutney slice, put the samosa on top, break it open, onions, chutney, close it with another chutney slice; cheese if you want) & you are ready to go.
