A good place to have authentic south indian stuff though a bit pricy. Surprisingly they seem to have closed it down here & shifted to Kandivali

I have tried Sankalp in many cities and this one is no different.
The manager made my daughter very comfortable and actually stood and started giving career counseling.
The food quality is par excellence. The sambhar and the variety of chutney spread on the table is something which makes me go there again and again.
On the expensive side, but worth a try to get addicted

First South Indian restaurant i had been to in Mumbai. The thali they serve is yummy but i found the quantity of rice a bit disappointing. Taste wise the food is good and the service is excellent.Definitely a place to go for ones who like south Indian dishes.

Sankalp is a really great restaurant, you could come here every day for lunch and not get tired of it. The people are friendly and there to serve you, so it makes it an environment you want to be a part of. You can't go wrong with any dish that you order, this place definitely does South Indian cuisine the justice it deserves.

I've been a long time Sankalp fan. I used to frequent their Ahmedabad place for many years, so you can imagine how delighted I was to find out they have a restaurant here in Andheri (W).
For my lunch this afternoon, I ordered home delivery from this Sankalp outlet. For home delivery, you got to order atleast worth Rs. 200. I ordered a couple plates of Idli Sambhar (Rs. 35 each), and a Mysore Masala Dosa (Rs. 70) and two glasses of orange juice.
The delivery took about 45 mins, which seemed like eternity when you are hungry. The food was very nicely packaged in plastic containers and was warm when it arrived. The food quality and taste lived upto the Sankalp name. Overall a very positive experience.
