A disgrace to CCD
I Love CCD... I've been a fan from way before they launched in Mumbai too!! But this particular branch more that sucks!! Terribly under-qualified, lazy staff and the location couldn't be worse!
If I wanted a good cup of coffee, I'd never drive all the way to this isolated location (it's only convenient to those who live around that place) AND if i HAVE driven all the way there.. I'd expect good service and good music (they blast the music so loud.. you simply can't talk!)

The worst service with "Employee Arrogance"
While writing this review, I dont hv any biases against CCD. Being brought-up into a corporate environment and hvin seen it closely, I think CCD in Thane is filled in with "Arrogant" and "In-efficient" workforce. The workforce even doesnt comply with basic hygine requirements (Pl. hv random check and u will get the data which is self-explanatory)
So overall i rate "Thane CCD" amongst the poorest i've seen of CCD chain

nice coffee shop.. more like grab a coffee here but some memorable times .........
