Chicken Tikka Masala

That is the one dish I urge you to try in this place, the overall food experience from Shan-e-Punjab is great, but the CTM, is BRILLIANT, for that and that alone it actually gets as many stars as I have given it. I am not usually one to give a great rating to a place because of one dish I like from there, but this is in the strictest sense of the late-night-sitting-at-home-with-buddies type of fare that I insist everyone try at least once (if they do get together with a bunch of pals till the wee hours of the morning).

Not necessarily a place you wanna go to and sit with co-ed company, nor is it that well decorated that you'd actually wanna sit there with your (same gender) friends either, that being said though:

If you are ordering a home delivery try and having fresh pau, or at least a fresh loaf of bread ready at home.

Whilst sitting with a bunch of friends and having some drinks, you order this towards the end of the night, let it sit there till you folks are done with your ale. Then either pop it into a machine and nuke it for a while, or heat it up on the stove, proceed to serve piping-hot, with chillies if possible, maybe some lemons, a whole bunch of coke, pepsi, thums up, whatever it is you like, and attack...

This is where the note comes in: Do not order home delivery with rotis cuz by the time it gets to you, and your buddies are ready to eat, it'll be too rubbery and will ruin the overall experience...

I have spent many a memorable night with this dish from this restaurant with different friends, and they all have the same thing to say, "hey when are we next planning a Chicken Tikka Masala night....?"
