Great Punjabi food at great prices...bad valet though!
The ambiance needs a lot of work, I mean they tried to represent a true Dhaba but it shouldnt be at the cost of my comfort. Anyway, the food was great, absolutely flawless punjabi food with fresh breads. We also ordered the Jalebi's at the end, and I have to say that these were the best Jalebi's I have ever had, they are thin, crispy, hot, and not that sweet, just perfect.
The valet took about half hour to get our car so that ruined the entire experience, but I would definitely recommend this place for the food. Get it delivered if you have to!

Tried it out for guests over from Gujarat. The butter chicken & hariyali chicken was just right, with definitely different, color & taste to both. The rotis were delivered hot & biryani was also pretty good. Definitely on my list of using it more

The food here has always been excellent..The service can be inconsistent at times so I agree with aniruddh..I have had good experiences but not the case with a couple of friends. Most times they treat you well, occasionally bad service..Actually thats the case with 99% Indian establishments be they clubs,restaurants,pubs,whatever..Nobody gives a damn about the service they provide to customers..I guess the fault lies with our public who go back to the same place even after a bad experience..I never return to such places..Neway back to the point :) Consistently good food & inexpensive..

A dhaba in the middle of a busy mumbai!! This place gives you not only the food but also the look and feel of a dhaba! You can opt to sit in an air conditioned normal restaurant looking type area inside or outside in a covered area on a char pai :)
The place is packed on weekend nights.
The service is good but I have usually gone only for dinner, once when I went for lunch they were rrrrrrrrrreally slow. Maybe because there are few people during lunch and it seemed like they cooked our dish from scratch.
Never the less the food is absolutely amazing. Also for those who like aam panna, you should try theirs!
MUST try - I am sure you will want to go back.
Oh and sometimes they have bhangra there :) I don't know if they have discontinued it due to lack of space.

Hello everyone...
A while ago I had written a review of this place, with 5 stars and all that and said "Rocking!"
Even though this place belongs to my friend's dad, I have to give a non- biased review.
Just as we went in, we were asked to sit on a table meant for 4 (there were 6 of us)
We were all cramped up. It took about 20 minutes for a waiter to come and take my order (after my dad actually went to the manager).
Well the service sucked. To be frank. The waiter was indifferent. Only after I took the owners name did he actually buckle up. When the food came, he did not serve it to us. He just slammed it on the table and went away. Well I do understand that there is a lot of crowd, but you should atleast increase the staff!!!!
Anyway the food was not too great. The vegetarian dishes tasted the same, the coke was a bit flat (hardly any fizz). But the Butter Chicken was ***AWESOME***!! (Which is why
I gave this place 2*)
Anyway we were so frustrated that we just didnt order dessert.
Overall the food is not great but they treat you like shit. (Just because their head is swollen like a peacock, because they are extremely successful)
