simply too good
5 star food at affordable prices. Rather, the food is even better then most 5 stars hotels and restaurant, the best take away counter in whole of bombay, I would say...absolutely yummy onion kulcha and the best paneer tandoori
On the down side the sitting area aint good but then whose complaining once u get such divine food.
Keep up the good work Vishal and God bless you for bringing Punjab or least the culinary part of it to amchi mumbai

Wow!
I m from Punjab n so food is my weak point! i have eaten in many restaurants but nothin is as good as koliwada when it comes to punjabi food. ofcourse u should try the tandoori chicken which is colorless and it is just delicious. my son likes the chinese food although i dnt much fancy chinese food but i liked the momos. it has nice cozy sitting ideal for a family. i am sure the place will catch up soon,it only needsto expand n i wish they delivered upto bandra.

Too good!
What I like best abt Koliwada is the seating! its a small place but very comfy! And then if u hav delicious food like prawns tandoori, parathas, chaas, tasty chicken chilly, WOW! i am so hungry now! I like the place and the food. And the owner Vishal is a cool guy! He is young and very pally. Not like the other owners who just sit in one corner n supervise! The only bad part is it does not serve alcohol. Alas!

The best Punjabi food!
I am an old resident of Mahim and I was dying to have a food joint which will provide wholesome and delicious food. I was tired of the chinese food made in Indian style and North Indian food made in the Southern style! But Koliwada is different. The food is simply good. If you ever come to Mahim try the Tandoori chicken here. It is too good. I also liked the Hyderabadi prawns biryani. I have also tasted their chinese food and I liked the Crispy Chicken and the Momos. Please enjoy!

Best food ever!
Amazing food I ever tasted in a place like Mahim. You generally need to either go to town or the suburbs to have good food. But Koliwada is an exception. It is a small yet cozy place and the best part is its food. I have never tasted the kind of Tandoor items they serve and so reasonable too! You really need to eat the food once. It does not have the Moghlai or the barbeque taste as other places have. Its become my favorite!
