Best cake shop in Thane
The CHOCOLATE ECLAIR pastry is out of this world!!I am sure once u have it your gonne crave for it the next day!!It might not be named so when u go there ask them for one.
The first time u visit Ribbons & Ballons ur sure to syick to it for atleast 2 years and get all your birthday and anniversary cakes from there, but after 2 yrs your gonna b tired of the same old type of cakes...They shud keep introducing newer types or else they are soon to land up in Monginis shoes.

I completely agree with Nidhee. Ribbons and Balloons breaks all competition with its fabulous quality and range of desserts and savory. They also have a range of birthday party accessories and gifts, making it a one-stop shop for occasions.
The pricing simply can't get better and the hygiene is commendable.

Its a pleasant surprise.
One thing that Thane lacked badly (besides a good Italian joint) was a good bakery. The search ended with this cozy place with wood work and yellow lights making it look like an outlet straight from a glossy magazine.
I have been extremely biased towards cakes with eggs.... thinking they were more fluffy and soft. All my misconceptions were broken at this place.... no one can identify a difference between their with egg and egg-less cakes.
They have excellent choice, unlike other bakeries in egg-less section ranging from a caramelized banana cut cake to a kiwi souffle. They also have savory items... thats only if you can get your eyes off those desserts.
And the prices are Competitive.. a dark chocolate truffle for 31/-...and that quality ... is a steal.
