I used to work in Fort and hence this was among the favourite places from where we used to deliver. This joint is located just outside BSE and hence frequented by people who have some work in this area.I overestimate it when I call it a joint because it is nothing more than a tapri with handful people hastily making sandwiches.
I had ordered his normal masala toast sandwich which was Rs 10..The sandwich was heavenly with the masala being delicious and spicy. It is filling and amazing. He has delivery service and they deliver to offices in close vicinity.
The next instant was that we went to his stall.I was so shocked at the service standard from such an unpretentious place. My friend ordered a cheese saada sandwich and what followed was a treat for senses...She is a cheese fan and the sandwich was covered with layer of cheese so thick..that it resembled a mini mountain...all that for under Rs 10...
I have also at times wanting to try something new and have spoken to the owner..Paramesha himself...The way he talks and convinces you to try something...He is more slick than a five star restaurant maitre d'.
The place has no ambience but the food and service quality more than make up for it.
Whats more its the best place to have something on the go with a cuppa tea from neighbouring stall and its like value for money mini meal...

Just swiped off a brown bread masala toast from H Paramesha. It was fabulous. Mind you, I have never visited this stall close to the stock exchange building so I don't quite know if its hygienic but just hoping that masala toast is safe enough. :)
He has over 30 type of sandwiches. He also has a ton of juices and indian style pizzas. Good snack to order in office in the evening if you work in the fort area. Its really filling though so make sure you order right.
Delivery service is prompt. Beware: The order taker is really friendly and a very good sales man. :)

Randomly found this place in a tiny lil lane in fort. I must say that these guys have an extensive menu for such a small juice / sandwich joint. Seems to be the official hangout spot for a lot of the HSBC employees. Pretty much all the customers i saw there were from the HSBC bank.
We ordered for a Mushroom -Paneer-Cheese sandwich and a Paneer Cheese Sandwich. The sandwiches are huge, really filling. I especially liked the paneer, it was really nice n soft, in Bombay the paneer in most places is nothing but blocks of rubber.
The juices were looking pretty good so i thought might as well give it a shot. The owner, very friendly man suggested we go for "Encounter" its like a cocktail juice- I can't recall all the ingredients were but there was definitely apple and peach in there. The name for obvious reasons was too tempting to resist. The juice tasted really good except it was too sweet. Usually, I always make sure there's no extra sugar in the juice- it totally kills the freshness of the juice.
All in all, a place worth checking out if you are looking out for quick, filling snack.
