Sheesha ^{Newly Opened}

Good Place but pathetic service..

I went to Sheesha last friday thinking that it would be similar to the Sheesha at Bandra, but was totally disappointed.

The ambience was similar to the Bandra one without the stones on the floor. We were 6 of us and started with couple of starters and a Hookah.

The starters were nice but it took almost 30 minutes to give us a hookah.

This is nothing considering that after ordering food, it came after 40 minutes and that too not completely. They forgot to bring one chicken curry and then after having our dinner half way they asked shall I bring the other curry.

Also, ordering a naan/roti took them 15 minutes to bring wondering what are they doing in the kitchen and whenever you want to call a waiter they are always on a run to one table to another.

I feel that one should not open a restaurant for the sake on opening until they cant manage it well.

When inquired about the deserts they said we only have Gulab Jamun and Ice cream and why the restaurant have to mention in the menu a list of things.

After canceling a curry and the naan out bill came to Rs 1500 for 6 people. No wonder the bill came after 15 minutes.

I was completely disappointed with this Sheesha with the Bandra one faring far better than this one in all respects.

Kindly go to this place only after it has settled down and have more staff to serve more customers.
