Has fizz!

When Soda started it din't quite impress lot of people mainly because they din't have liquor. I went when they opened and food was'nt much to rave about...But I went yesterday again on a friend's reccomendation and found a drastic change!
The menu is much better, less confusing and has dishes that you would'nt get anywhere else. The staff is friendly, well versed with the menu and they take orders even out of the menu and customize it. It has a wide variety of Mexican, Italian, Indian, Chinese and various cuisines...
HAPPIEST HOURS ROCKS! Imagine having a glass of rum @ 37!!! I don't know how they have marked their profits but good for us :) A 50% off on the liquor between 11 am to 8 pm. I will certainly be a regular here, the ambience is great, music rocks, and tv plays only FTV! All at such an affordable rate...It's almost like an everyday pub right next door.

Free wine for women & mid-night happy hours!

Well, Soda is popping it completely :) They have these amazing happiest hours! Free wine for women- Mons, Tues & Thurs..they all get pampered don't they?
A mid-night happy hours at 25% off and of course the all day Happiest hours @ 50% off on liquor!
Went there now, had 3 beers @ Rs.55 each!!! The sizzlers were rocking and the pasta was absolutely delicious. These were huge penne's that I had, soft fluffy and huge in size !! They use Black Pomfret in special seafood dishes. When was the last time that one tasted this in a resto?? The owner Vikram said they import most of the raw materials...Well! keep up the good work :)

Best food and pitcher @ Rs.100!

I've been wanting to try this place out since they opened 3 months ago...but they din't have their liquor license then. We decided to go to the nearby Pop Tate's then...but was very disappointed.
Then I dropped in last week and was entralled to find that liquor had started! The food was excellent. The Neputune Seafood Sizzler is quite innovative with fritters of prawn and fish and I dug into the plate. It was so lip smacking that I was done in 10 mins..did burn my tongue though :) Then the liquor offers are fantastic. Why you get a pitcher for Rs.100/- during Happiest hours between 11 am to 8 pm. They dont have a buy one get one free but rather have a flat 50% off! Then they have mid night happy hours @ 25% off. And free wine for women on Mons, Tues, Thurs! This place rocks and why should i go anywhere else since its right next door? :) I highly recommend this place to everyone

Spirited seltzer :)

If you decide to eat at Soda, you will find that it is quite a happy experience from start to finish.

From the colour schemes to the music, from the smell of incense to the tasty food, from the free wine for women to the 'Happiest hours', from the opaque lighting to the soft candle light, Soda is quite engaging.

The menu offers you different creative choices. For example, the 'Murgh tikka chat' which is of mouth watering quality! The meat is succulent and the food is fresh.
For those of you who want to eat simple food, the biryani is excellent.
Mocktails you can try- 'Blue heaven'.. 'Roy Rogers'..

Soda makes a dedicated attempt to please and it does on most parameters.
The place is small in size and big on clever creativity. The service is average.
As a suggestion, Soda could be explored as a venue for a small private party also.

If they froth it up some more.. good ol' Tate's may need to pop a Soda!

:)
