Too much staff
This CCD is located in the food court of the Infiniti Mall. Its a smallish counter, but they had 8 people in there. Ofcourse, no one greeted us as we waited alone at the counter. They were too busy talking amongst themselves.
The cappuccino tasted like any other, but the service was not good at all. Infact they were aggressive in selling us a cookie tin.
Their service levels needs to improve.
