The pastas at pizzeria are almost as good as the pizzas!! We ordered a simple Arabiatta and it was scrumptious.
The pizza I ordered, stuffed crust tandoori paneer, though, was disappointing. It was, basically, tasteless. Realised for the first time what too-much-of-cheese meant. But the garlic bread and everything else, was spot on.

I do not remember what i had here..whatever i did was quite delicious...My attraction to this place was its location..i have vague memories of savouring my food and enjoying the sunset..the waiters operate in the background and its as if two hands take the order and serve the food promptly..
the crowd is upper class youngsters...totally apathetic to the others..making it even more attractive to the prospect of enjoying your meal alone..The reason for being alone was i could not convince my friends to acompany such an expensive place....
I left being full, content and happy to view the sunset...

The pizzas are good Indianized versions but yummy. Esp the Bombay Masala and the stuffed crust. We also ordered a salad but it was quite sad.
Priced on the higher side compared to other pizza joints but its worth it.

“Mesdames et Messieurs, ne cherchez pas plus loin les meilleurs pizzas à Mumbai”, Loose translation - Ladies and gentlemen, look no further for the finest pizza in Bombay.
Pizzeria, a simple name but that is what they are for – to serve the most delectable and scrumptious pizza. Pizza which is original and truly pizza – and not just toppings on a piece of puffed bread.
Having lived near the border of France and Italy for more than quarter of a year and having savored the finest of pizzas, I had missed this delicacy till the time I ate in this quaint little eatery with chic red and white chequered tables. The same crisp and cheese layered crust, and measly cheese just sprinkled on. The same flavor and the same Nostalgia..!!!
An ambience to die for ... you can relish your pizza watching sun set in the Arabian sea or catch the fast moving traffic on the Queen’s Necklace itself, feeling like a King yourself. They have soups, salad and sandwich lunch buffet @ 275Rs per person, but the real catch is the Pizza.
- Bombay Masala (It Rules)
- Chicken BBQ & Capsicum
- Four Seasons (Four equal quarters topped with Chicken, Corn, Paneer Tikka and Capsicum)
- Veggie Supreme.
The Chicken and Capsicum pizza could do with more color by having yellow and red bell pepper sprinkled along with the green ones :).
The above pizzas are to die for. The starters are good (but measly portions). The bread used in the Garlic bread as well as the Bruschetta (French bread sprinkled with cheese, tomatoes and basil) is oh..so..French in taste. Loved it .. But they should start serving the side dishes for Indian appetites and not French appetites.
The starters are prized between 65-125 Rs, the pasta and risottos start are prized between 200-270 and the main deal – The Pizza, between 350-480 Rs for a 12 inch (Large) one. A meal for two can safely cause a damage of around 600-700 Rs.
Waiting time (for a table) on a weekend can be about an hour after 9pm. The service is brisk, cheerful and helpful. Addressing the stewards by their names (as displayed on their badges) may gain you more attention and a smile than you would with an “Excuse Me”
The crowd is a fair sprinkle of the townie families, the wannabe city dudes and dudettes and the firang janta, who can’t get more out of their beer. The Indian-Firang ratio can be safely determined to be 70-30 in this peak tourist month of January.
The only flipside to this eatery can be – the lack of Tiramisu (No Italian meal is complete without this famous dessert cake) on the menu in the Desserts section and for the teetotalers like me, they serve only Ice Tea, Lime Soda and Pepsi (No Coke)
Overall, the best place to have VFM pizza in Bombay. I would end up my review with wishin you a good meal.
Bon àppetit.
