Bun Maska (with enough butter for a complete loaf of bread), Double Omlet and the Famous Irani Chai....One of the best Breakfast options in Andheri.
This is a typical Irani/Parsi Cafe loacted just outside the Andheri West Station. From the exteriors as well as interiors most people might just not enter, but then they would be missing some of the best dishes the Cafe has to offer.
Even During Lunch times The Chicken/ Mutton Biryani, Kheema Pav and The Mutton Cutlets are a big hit.
The Chicken as well as veg rolls are also very fresh and tasty.

Morning breakfast can be those lovely brun maska, kheema followed by the great irani paani kam chai.
Around 9.30 - 10 you can have their super kheema, chicken pattice or rolls. Even the veg pattice is good.
The smiling service once you come in from the heat is something that is great!!!

It is my wife's birthday today and we decided to kick it off with breakfast at a new place. As my wife takes the local to work we decided to grab a quick grub near Andheri station. I had Anand's review in mind and wanted to check out bun maska and chai while my wife wanted to buy plum cake for her office. We went to Ideal with 15 minutes to ourselves before rushing to our offices. And boy oh boy Anand was bang on target about people from all walks of life coming there and enjoying. And I think I got the reason for that... Customer Is King. The grand pa behind the counter treated everyone with a smile and Kaisa Chal Raha hai. The Personal Touch. Plain and Simple. We had Veg Roll, Chicken Pattice and Pudding. The food was good. The Veg Roll was made of green moong dal. First time for me. Pudding was nice. When we discovered that the plum cake was not sliced we requested it to be sliced. And guess what we were asked how many slices per cake needs to be done. That is what i called customer service to the bottom earth. No fancy jargon, no tall slogan. A down to earth eatery, with down to earth people. Are the Mac Donalds of the world listening.... ???

This place located just outside the Andheri (W) railway station caters to a wide variety of people. As you walk inside, you notice people from all walks of life enjoying whatever food/drinks they are having.
I went to this place yesterday evening for a meeting and had a maska-bun (bun cut in half and pasted with lavish quantities of butter) along with the famous irani chai. It's been a while since I had maska bun and had to be reminded that the best way to enjoy it is to dip it a bit in the tea and then eat it.
The chai was the best I've had in a few months.
