A decent joint
This time I tried my hands ... or should I say mouth at Falafel house (Gamdevi area). The place is a bit small. One can't stand straight on the mezzanine floor. Anyway, the food isn't bad at all. Ranks low on the variety but I guess Lebonese people must not like variety! We went in for the combos with hummus and salad. Then the falafels of course. Some lemonade was ordered too. The quantity of food is sufficient. It's not one of those places that will server you less(food) for more (money). The quality of food is above average for sure. I think some people (who enjoy spiced up stuff) may find it too bland. There are no options to make anything spicier (even if you add that extra spicy thing).
You can go if you are looking for a meal without expecting an experience. Don't think I will be falling in love with this place any sooner but I wouldn't mind going there once in while.
Overall: It's okay... my rating 3 on 5.
