Read the previous review and tried the place out. The original Falafel (the name in the menu) is not near original as theier falafels are made of green veggies and tastes like mix veg tikkis Indian style instead of original falafels made from chickpeas. The whole thing was quite filling and worth the Rs 75/- though. The hummus was not up to the mark as it was made with vegetable oil instead of olive oil and one could taste the oil in it. My question is that I saw an Isreali gentleman working as the head chef in the place and that should be reason enough for it to be an original Falafel place and not convert it into Indian palate and style. Also I wonder why they do not serve Shawarmas and Kebbeh's?
Why open a hardcore nonveg Lebanese cuisine place to only serve vegetarian stuff? And that too in a take away format and make us wait on a filthy footpath for our food? I will go to wraps and rolls instead as that is what I really get when I want to have Indianised stuff, stuffed in roomalis and made exactly the way we want the taste to be INDIAN.

Falafal is a brand spanking new business, with two outlets the one i am reviewing is just a take out option. the menu is very cool bunch of Israeli things on the menu. the hummus, tahini and falafal are pretty amazing.
have not tried the rest yet. it was 80 bucks for a hummus & pickled veggies pita + 5 pieces of falafal.
