    trust me guis they are the biggest cheats, as they deliver products exactly opposite to what they promise ie disgusting in terms of quality and durability .... and most annoying is their after sales service and customer care, as you can expect nothing out of them. so BE AWARE OF SUCH CHEATS IN THE MARKET before you go out to shop. instead its better you drop the idea of buying something rather buying from them.

    I use faber chimney and hob and am very satisfied with the product . after 9 years of usage , i had a problem with burners in Hob and when I contacted their toll free no , technician visited the very next day and rectified the complaint , really appreciative service ..

    I trust vijay sales when it comes to buying electronic goods...
    This branch of vijay sales is disgusting...Its a shop with very limited choice and the staff out here is very unkind...
    We purchased a window ac before 2 weeks of diwali from dis shop and were promised 4 a scratch coupon as it was a diwali scheme...
    I waited for 2 weeks, but recd no call for d scratch coupon...Then I called dem to which they said they have still not recd it from their main h.o.
    I waited for a few days and still the same reply...this went on for a couple of days...

  • Faber After Sales Service Pathetic May 18, 2010

    We bought the Faber cook top (3 burners) around 3 years back from Vijay Sales at Thane West & have had some ignition problem in the middle burner which is the smallest.
    The cook top was good looking and had a low height which helped easy access to vessels kept on the stove. Too high stoves are not agronomical as it puts strain on the arms while working ( the same issue as in raised keyboards of a computer).

    It is not very easy to clean below though due the low height, but since it is movable and light, it is OK.
