I regret to inform that the frequently visited restaurant near my office ended up serving me my portion of Dal-Khichdi with a Cockroach in it.
On informing the same to the Waiter, Satish Poojari, he was just too quick to pull away the plate before anyone can notice it.
Thereafter, the manager, Prakash Shetty, commented that we had done pest control recently thats why such incident took place. Regardless of the Pest Control or whatever you want to do, as a customer you are not suppose to serve us this kind of food with insects in it!
On escalating the issue to the Owner, Sudhakar Shetty (as infomed by him), he was like such things happens at times and you need not worry about it. Such kind of careless attitude from the Owner clearly portrays the negligence and the kind of quality check they must be maintaining behind the closed doors of the kitchen!
With all the evidences in place I am surely gonna file a Complain against this kind of treatment and service offered by this place.
THINK TWICE BEFORE EATING HERE! I suggest you DONT!!!
