The first time I visited this tea lounge, i walked off. Thought i will spend some time and experience this place, but chose not to because of the rudeness of the staff. They wont even allow to plug in a laptop charger. Second time i went there my experience is as follows I had ordered a pot of Wagh Bakri special tea, and the only thing special was it was served luke warm and they did not even provide a tea cozy which made the rest of the tea in the pot go stone cold. Its a good concept to adapt to the tea habits of people. Their tea is good..but they should serv it more hot.....however the brun maska and cheese sticks were not happening..spoilt my mood 4 sumtym...ambiance dcent enough...service is good...rates are also pocket friendly when compared to a cafe....mst improv on quality of snacks
