Best Chinese in Juhu/Santacruz (W). 2011-09-14
Ordered the Cantonese noodles, Singapore rice and the Thai prawns. Authentic, tasty, inexpensive, good delivery, good servings....nothing to complain about from a food perspective. I personally think that there is no competition to this restaurant in the Juhu/Santacruz area for Chinese food even if you take the big hotels into consideration. -

Cosy interiors to dine and since its a stones throw from my residense, we dont takeaway.
1. Lotus Leaves flavored steam rice is the best, so order it immediately on your arrival as it takes about 45 minutes to make it fresh.
2. Sweet Corn & Chestnut, starter has been my next favorite.
3. Steamed dumplings served on spinach leaves is next, it is just too good.
I like the rice crisps that which were fried/baked to perfection to go with soups, i was tired of having the maida crisps which they serve.

I ordered Take away from this restaurant.
1. Stir fried chicken with bean sprouts-SWEET and really poor quantity
2. Thai Stewed noodles - a GLUEY MESS of noodles, veg thrown in from 10 ft away and the ONLY taste was of soy sauce!
3.Pot Rice- Under seasoned-no taste at all!
4.Fried garlic pepper prawns- the ONLY saving grace.
Cost:Rs. 995/-
A total rip off as my corner take away would have given me a tastier meal for far less

Visited this place with my wife for a quiet evening out. This place is a lesson to most restaurants in Mumbai, what you can do with a really small nook, if you put your mind to it. It’s a really small corner restaurant with about 3-4 tables. Surprisingly, very cosy, and very quiet. Small marble pebbles / stones cover the floor, so you get a feeling that you are on a pebbled beach someplace. The food is well made and low on additives, and ajino moto, so you aren't left with the bloated feeling like other chinese meals. Delicious food, Good quantity, quality & price. I got my food within 25 minutes of ordering. I love their 'set menu' for meal combos. Yes we are munching for sure :) -

the first time we ordered home delivery at a friends place, obviously, I really liked the size of the portions, and the fact that unlike other Chinese take-outs, this didn't hurt you with the cornflower and over powering aji-no-moto.. Good amount of really good veggies used. normally other take-outs just through in cabbage and carrots, i was happy to see more vegetables with some zucchini thrown in..really very impressive in texture and flavors.. the next time we were asked to try out the Thai food, as they just got a chef from Bangkok itself...well i'm sure it's the closest you can get to thai... read more -
