Some of the rides are very interesting and worth giving a shot - the Amazon ride, for example is chilling. Others adult slides like the Missisipi Hill are only for bravehearts. For the chilled out kind there is Wetlantic and other rides wherein you can spend hours in your inflated pool tubes.
Water kingdom is a must go for the kids.
Avoid going on weekends and reach early in the morning. Carry tonnes of cash as cards are not accepted inside. You'll get swimming costumes and lockers (of course paid) inside.
