Cook's workshop - needs a serious overhaul. 2011-06-05
Wazwaan, an eatery standing on the off-roads of Marol, Military Rd. is one of the oldest and most famous restaurants of the locality. It's primary cuisine is North Indian food, but happily serves the beaten-to-death Chinese dishes too.
For a mild start, i'd say the ambiance of the place is pretty good, or shall I say was good, as long as it had the 1st floor of its building open for customers, with dim lights, decent interiors and those brass glasses. But for some reason now, it's shut, and all the visitors are left with now are a few odd tables, next to the 'cook's workshop', the kitchen..... read more -

OH WAZWAAN I LOVE U 2011-01-18
Wazwaan, tweaked the menu on my visit in June of last year. Sampled the paneer tikka dry and read my lips they were the best. I am not a paneer person and I just could not stop eating. As I had to rush to the airport, I controlled myself. Topped it with the caramel....LA JAWAAB -

Wazwaan is a warm, cozy, reasonably priced restaurant located in this very homely small-town suburb called Marol. It mainly specializes in mughlai food.
From Kababs to dum biryani.
Surprisingly their Indo-Chinese food isnt bad either.
All in all a safe bet.
Personal Recommendations : Chicken Seek Kabab, Biryani(Chicken or Mutton), chicken Fried Rice, Dal tadka. -
