    They serve decent North Indian food.. Its not fine dining but a mid market positioned place.. good ambience and quality of food.

    The attic at Infiniti Mall is indeed cooking somethin marvalous. The butter chicken is undoubtedly awsum, bt the murgh mussalam needs a special mention. It was a wholesum experience with pleasing ambiance, warm service and an extravagant treat to the palate!!

    I've been visiting Zaffran for a while now because its the only place in Bombay where I've got to have galauti kababs nearly as good as the ones in Lucknow.. But that quality has completely worn out now. The galauti's I had today where nothing but a mutton cutlet.
    The rest of the foods good still. The signature butter chicken and biryani's are still very tasty. Coupled with a neat ambience, it's still a place worth visiting

    I just wanted to go to Zaffran as I had heard a lot about its food and the ambiance,
    Finally got a chance and I visited the place with friends.

    The ambiance was awesome - simple but elegant

    The food was superb - with good quantity
    The price is little on higher side - but worth

    I am in love with the food n the place and will surely b vising it again and again but will try some new dishes every time.

    Overal Must have a visit.

    Heard a lot about Zaffran, so we visited the Zaffran outlet at Infinity Mall,Malad(W).
    Was a big disappointment as we neither liked the food nor the service.
    The veg options are limited and the food did not stand out.
    Lots of colour in the punjabi dishes we ordered.
    what was served was totally different from what was described when order was placed and we had to call the waiter even to clear the table.
    Place is crowded and noisy.
    Only positive is the ambience.
    Not an ideal place for a fine dining experience

    It was my Parents' anniversary, and i had called to reserve a table and a cake. some lady receptionist with a faux-japan-meets-assam picked up the phone. well, even after repeatedly asking her to repeat herself, i couldnt figure out what she intended to say. perhaps she was imagining that the Restaurant was in China? :P the point is, she just happened to say OMG...and disconnect the phone ! i have never in my life experienced such a rude receptionist ever...not in Dhabas..and not even in 5 stars. she did call back...but it ended up irritating me to such an extent that i moved my plans to some other... read more

    Me and my cousins went here to have our dinner. Had heard good things about zaffran, right from food, ambiance, service.

    We were 7 people. To start off, we had ordered starters which had Tandoori broccoli, one kebab and one mushroom starter.

    Of all the 3 starters, the only starter that was really good was Mushroom. It was lip smackingly delicious. The other two were absolute horror, the kebab had only 6 pieces and the broccoli was just dipped in a sauce and the top of the broccoli was just made slightly black to make us feel it was made in tandoor.
